Over 30 elderly and persons with disability have been registered as needy.
Some of them are raising orphaned children and need extra
assistance. To that end, we provided a leather sewing machine and a wheelchair to a disabled man in Mukono district. That way, he could work and raise funds to sustain himself and the
children under his care. We also provided sugar, millet, and soya flour for three elderly women and one man whose
orphans were severely malnourished.
